Piping Hot News For Free

JTA

Fresh Hot News!

Near JTA headquarters in New York, a cup of coffee can cost as much as $3.  If you’re a two-a-day type, that can be as much as $30 per week!

JTA offers a much better deal:  breaking news, international feature stories, and insider commentary for nothing.  Completely free.

We’re hoping you can meet us in the middle: could you make a $50 donation to support JTA, the global news service of the Jewish people?

That’s less than $1 per week for the news and information that keeps our community connected and informed.

This moment in time is fraught with challenges and opportunities for the Jewish people.   Tensions in the U.S.-Israel relationship, Ahmadinijad’s continued antics, Obama’s Supreme Court pick, earthquake and hurricanes, anti-Semitism in France — we’ve got a lot to cover, and we rely on the support of readers like you to help us keep delivering.

Join the growing chorus of voices in support of an independent, professional Jewish media with a generous donation of $50 — or whatever you can afford, small or large.

We might not come with milk and sugar, but we certainly keep the Jewish community stimulated.  Please give now to help us cover the important stories — wherever and whenever they happen.

With much appreciation,

Ami Eden
Editor in Chief

P.S. Like NPR and PBS, JTA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization. Your support is not only invaluable, it’s tax-deductible!
